Atropos’ blade glides tip to tip 

Swollen finger fickle tryst 

Tooth to tongue speaks lotted list 

An offering up—

The kernel soul;

A shred of fiber  

In cosmos quilt 

Gnashing mechanics

Ripping fired

Force, scraping 

Energy from matter cell 

Take me in the hollow 

Of arms that supersede 

That raze and build 

Courting the new                progeneration 

To endless bliss 

Sapphire sunlight
